i applied for two university in csc scholarship but i got two interviews and both university they want me to cancel other university that i applied for, my question is, "will the universities that i applied know i applied for other universities in the csc portal ?

It's probable. I heard about this. In any case, you will still cancel one sooner or later, won't you?
