New Members MemePlay Posted May 8, 2022 at 02:57 PM New Members Report Posted May 8, 2022 at 02:57 PM So my little brother (9yo) has been a few weeks ill, and on his chinese class they have done a lot of content. He has lost some vocabulary lessons, and he isn't able to complete this exercise: Could anybody help him telling how to complete and why that's the answer? (you have to fill the gaps with the correct word). I would really like help him, but I don't know chinese, that's why I'm posting this here. Thanks! Quote

He needs to actually learn the vocabulary, because he'll need it again later on. He should ask the teacher for a vocab list, or a classmate for notes, so that he can catch up and then make the exercise himself. 5 Quote

If you want to try and do it yourself maybe your brother can look up the words using Pleco, take notes then try to do the exercises himself and then maybe someone here can help check his answers and maybe provide short explanation. He should be able to understand most of the sentences aside from the new words, if he is not then the teacher should help him catch up because normally these exercises are designed so that you can focus on learning the new words so the other sentences on the exercise should be something he already learned and understood. 1 Quote
