V+O+(+V)+到+degree - explained in a textbook

I was wondering if anybody knows any textbooks for second language learners (or for native speakers) where this construction is taught or discussed. 

 

I'm sure it must be somewhere but I can't seem to find anything. I need it for an essay. 

 

Some example sentences are:

1)   唱歌唱到嗓子哑了。

2)   收红包收到手软。

3)   愁我愁到睡不着觉。

4)   想你想到寝食难安。

5)   爱人爱到无法自拔。
