That's Japanese, although there's not much to translate, it's just DOB, bloodtype, gender, weight and height followed by occupation or whatever gang they belong too or something (not sure about the last bit)

Under each name is the Japanese pronunciation, just download a katakana guide, and it will take you a couple of minutes to write out the japanese pronunciations in English

Alternatively tell us what video game it comes from and we can do a search for a translated manual

Might not be as simple as that. Some of the names are Chinese, some are Korean, some are nicknames like "four-eyes" ...

Korean you say?.....well anyway there are no scans,i have searched the internet up and down....is any of it in chinese?
