I'm working in a homework of 风俗 patterns

 

吃饭着开口是不好的习惯

opening the mouth while eating is a bad habit

哈欠 和不捂嘴是不风俗

yawning and not covering your mouth is a bad habit

对我们来说，在医院看我的朋友送花儿或者水果 

we say, visiting a friend at the hospital you should give flowers or fruit

 

我们参观新家的朋友，你应该送他礼物, 比如说 红瓶葡萄酒

when a friend invites you to your new house, you should give a present, for example a bottle of wine

 

加糖上一杯好咖啡不习惯

Don't add sugar to a good cup of coffee

Yes. I thought of it in Chinese and then added the translation (English) of what I intended to say

Not sure what you are after. Need to explain better what help you seek. 

 

Are you Chinese and trying to improve your grasp of the English descriptions of these customs/behaviors? 

 

Are all of these actually true? If so, where are they true? I doubt if this is an old Chinese saying, handed down since the time of Confucius 孔子。

I'm not a Chinese, I'm from Latam. I'm foreign language 汉语 student. I want to know if this expressions make sense in Chinese.
