Coal Hill is (part of?) Jingshan Park in Beijing. If you search on that name you should find many maps and photos to cross-reference.

Don't forget that many cultural relics were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution. They were often but not always rebuilt by the late '80s but not necessarily matching the original in precise detail or location.
