WeChat verification for a student in the UK

Hi everyone

 

I am a Chinese language student based in the UK and would like to get a WeChat account - however, it seems that I need someone to verify the account for me. I do not know anyone here who would have a WeChat account. Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated, thank you!

I'd be happy to help you, too, but I'm not sure that someone who is not registered with a Chinese phone number can do that.

Sorry Glyn, the only Welsh I know are those words that are closely adopted from English. Chinese has been a priority even before I moved to North Wales ?

I think they can if registered on the International WeChat App (which I assume the OP is trying to join)
