A Bump from the Past: "Betcha Can't Say That in English!"

A word I'm really missing a Dutch (or even English) equivalent for is 辛苦你. 'Thank you for doing this, I know it was inconvenient for you and I don't like that I inconvenienced you, but I'm glad you did it anyway' is a bit wordy.

One of my favorite Chinese words is 霞, which refers to the glowing clouds at sunrise and sunset. I really like the fact that there's a single, concise word for that. I can't think of one in English. There might be one, but it likely isn't as commonly used in English as 霞 is in Chinese.
