Started watching it slightly differently now, I watch it once making an effort not to look at the subtitles, and then watch it again looking at the subtitles, and pausing when required to look stuff up.

At one point Song is giving 当当 a ride on the back of his bike, and 当当 says there's a policeman, and Song stops riding immediately and starts pushing the bike, aren't you allowed to give people lifts on bicycles anymore?

I had thought it might have something to do with frigidity, given the context and the component characters, but I thought it best to check...

硬件条件 > out of context I would have said this is hardware requirements. In a work context I would imagine it's either - what the person is required to be (ie, male / female, age) rather than what they need to be able to do, OR non-flexible requirements. Haven't watched this episode yet though.
