Best keyboard handwriting app to enter characters slowly.

I want something like pleco handwriting. 
I don't mean apps to practice like Skritter.
I want something different from Gboard, which doesn't give you time to input characters calmly and cuts you off with its sudden suggestions. It doesn't even give you two seconds before the stroke erases to show you the suggestion.
I want a keyboard app where you can take your time to enter characters, like pleco handwriting.
