Can I apply to CSC Type A and Type B at the same time, with the same university options?

I want to submit a CSC application to both Type A and Type B catergory. However, for Type B I have already submitted the document to my first choice university.

For Type A, I want to know if I can submit my first choice university again.

It would be

 

Type B:

1. BHU

 

Type A:

1.BHU

2.BLCU

3.BNU

 

Is this allowed?
