HSK ONLINE SOFTWARE PROBLEM "no test matched"

 Hello everyone, I have a huge problem with the software to pass the exam HSK.

 After the page to test the internet, the camera, the microphone I have an error message "no test matched" and i can't go any further. 

I tried everything for hours, I uninstalled the antivirus, the firewall, changed the connection, tried another computer. Looked solution online I can't find anything.

Sounds like you'll need to contact Hanban's tech support. I don't think anyone who works for Hanban visits this forum.
