how can i learn chinese and buy textbooks for me to learn chinese in brisbane australia.

uhm i really want to be able to learn Chinese because I don't know Chinese that well because even though I was born in shanghai china and im full chinese my parents both dicided to move to sydney australia and raise me there so i dont know chinese very well so can you please tell me where i can buy text books for me to learn chinese in brisbane australia because we now live in brisbane australia.

It's impossible that there are no bookstores in Brisbane selling Chinese books, tapes, DVDs, and millions of varieties of textbooks. But even if you can't find one locally, there is a famous one in Melbourne with a shop in Sydney, as well (edit: corrected to include two physical locations!!!). A quick internet search for "Chinese textbooks, online bookstore" will give you the answers you seek...

@Ming Yue -- Google "strategies for heritage learners of Chinese." You will need more than just a textbook; you will also need a teacher.
