TheBigZaboon Posted July 11, 2023 at 08:29 AM Report Posted July 11, 2023 at 08:29 AM It's impossible that there are no bookstores in Brisbane selling Chinese books, tapes, DVDs, and millions of varieties of textbooks. But even if you can't find one locally, there is a famous one in Melbourne with a shop in Sydney, as well (edit: corrected to include two physical locations!!!). A quick internet search for "Chinese textbooks, online bookstore" will give you the answers you seek... Edit: www.chinabooks.com.au should do the trick for the above ... TBZ Quote

abcdefg Posted July 29, 2023 at 08:11 PM Report Posted July 29, 2023 at 08:11 PM @Ming Yue -- Google "strategies for heritage learners of Chinese." You will need more than just a textbook; you will also need a teacher. Maybe also take a look at some existing comprehensive resource guides here on the forum, such as this one: https://www.chinese-forums.com/forums/topic/51989-a-short-list-of-resources-for-studying-chinese/page/10/#comment-453048 Quote
