Deleting CIS application to resubmit

Hello everyone! I have a question regarding Confucius Institute Scholarship for next semeser.

I've submitted an application but then I realized that my passport has my both names and I only entered one... Yeah, I know, stupid mistake. And well, I can't edit the application, but then I saw that there is a delete button.

So my question is, can I delete my application and submit one again? I didn't really find any information about it and don't want to get my application blocked or something. I've send an email to support as well but maybe someone here has any experience with that?
