Can someone guide me on study plan and my choices?

Hello!

I have received pre-admission letters from those universities for a masters in international business in English and I don't know which one should be my priorities? 

1. Wuhan University

2. University of International Business and Economics

2. Southwester university of finance and Eco

4. East China normal Uni

But my first choice is Fudan Uni where my application is still in progress. Well my question is which one should be my second option and third?

Also most importantly, I am kind of stuck on my STUDY PLAN to submit to my Embassy for CSC type A. Can someone help me by giving me an outline or advice please?

And it think when it comes to choosing your 2nd and 3rd options it depends on what your looking for in a university, your program , location, fees , accomodations, student life etc
