Could someone please help me translate?

Ignoring the numbers (1,2,3,4).

So far I think I have:

1- ? King

2- It king

3- So king

4- 10 thousand kings

 

And what would be the meaning? Does it form a phrase? Or maybe a Chinese saying?

I know little about the game, but I have searched on the internet. Number 1 is “搃” [zǒng], which means all. Number 3 is 索 [suǒ], which means a string. They must have certain functions in the game. I don't think these characters are designed to form a phrase or Chinese saying.

In Mahjong they are ornamental and valuable.

Usually they are flowers names e.g. orchid, plum etc. But sometimes they words/Phrases...
