Hello, I applied with the scores Hsk 3 235 and Hskk 78, do I have a chance? Applied for the second tier cities like Xian

I applied with HSK3 and HSKK basic and got the scholarship. However one of my Vietnamese friends told me that in Vietnam, the minimum requirement is to have HSK5 in order to even have a chance at getting the scholarship as the competition is so fierce there. So nationality may be a factor

They already announced my result but I've been waiting for 9 days and they still didn't send me my admission letter...  I hope everything will be the best for all of us.

Wow Beijing Languang and Culture University seems competitive. I've applied to Lanzhou University. My CI said I've got accepted by the Uni, and they will recommend me to Hanban. I don't know how long the process is.

Congratulations! I am happy to hear that you got a scholarship. Did u get any email related to it? My Cl is not answering my questions properly and I am worried that i might miss any step. Are we just gonna sit and wait the news from the university? The university also ignores me, so im very confused now. 🫠

Actually I haven't got the scholarship yet. I only got recommend by Uni, and waiting for Hanban acceptance. The waiting is stressing me out 🙃.

 

I guess as long as you got the email, everything should be fine. From previous forum, we can tell that admission package will reach your location by the end of July or early August, if I'm not mistaken.

Hello, I am so happy to hear that! 🤗 They told me that they will send the email at the end of this month.  By the way, do you know when will your school start?

Thank you 😊. Sadly, I don't know the exact date, but I know it will be in the begining of September.

They told me that I can claim the admission letter around 20 July by coming to their International Student Admissions Office. If it remains unclaimed till the end of this month it will be issued by Email. That's why i asked them if there will be any delay because there is literally only a month left for us to apply visa etc. But i learned that the course start date is still thr same, september 2nd.
