Desmond Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:47 AM Report Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:47 AM Hey guys, I've seen "" pop up in TV shows and was wondering what it meant. My best guess is something to do with the English saying "one without the other" like "you can do one without the other" Is this somewhat right? Can anybody give me examples of how you would use this? Thanks! Quote
skylee Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:53 AM Report Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:53 AM Could it be 独一无二 instead? It means "the one and only". Take a look -> http://humanum.arts.cuhk.edu.hk/cgi-bin/agrep-lindict?query=%BFW%A4@%B5L%A4G&category=full&boo=no&ignore=on&substr=on&order=all Quote
