Where can I find the Chinese dub of The Legend of Korra?

I swear I've looked everywhere, and I can't find it. I know it exists---I saw clips of it way back when I first started learning Chinese. 

 

I'm open to pirating or buying, but if I end up having to pay money for it, I'd want a digital copy, not a physical one (don't have a region-unlocked dvd player)

For some reason these kinds of things come and go from websites, both legal and illegal, and that's if you can find them at all.

 

According to this website, the Mandarin dub was done for Netflix. I don't use Netflix but that should mean you can access it with a VPN, by setting it to something like Hong Kong, Singapore, or Taiwan. If you find it on Netflix and need to download the video and audio for personal study purposes (sentence mining, Condenser, etc), there are tools available on the internet too.

 

As a side note, it seems like The Last Airbender is available on Bilibili (for now):

I'll probably download and archive it since who knows when it will randomly disappear like so many other dubs.

@markhavemann any particular VPN recommendations? extra points if it's free

I think other people would probably be more qualified to make recommendations about VPN's than I am. It seems that people like Surfshark or NordVPN for Netflix. As far as I understand it, these will only work outside of China, which I assume is where you are based if you don't already have a VPN.
