allenedgar Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:00 PM Report Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:00 PM Does anyone know where, if anywhere, one can find the Mandarin Pimsleur program for sale in Beijing? I already checked the bookstores on Wangfujing and it's not there. If Pimsleur is available at the BCLU bookstore could someone provide detailed directions on how to get there taking the subway? Thanks. Quote
roddy Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:04 PM Report Posted October 23, 2005 at 12:04 PM I've never seen it on sale in Beijing, and I'd be surprised if it is available. I think you'd have to order it from overseas. An ad on thatsbj.com might turn up a second hand set though. Roddy Quote
dalaowai Posted October 23, 2005 at 03:54 PM Report Posted October 23, 2005 at 03:54 PM You can also download it from a P2P program or bittorrent. When you get back home, you can do the right thing and purchase it. Quote
badr Posted November 2, 2005 at 10:41 AM Report Posted November 2, 2005 at 10:41 AM There are routinely adds in the classified section of http://www.thatsbj.com for copies of the entire pimsleur chinese mp3 files. just keep checking and you'll eventually be able to get your paws on it. Quote
