Any idea what commercial space goes for? Wudaoko area?

Hi, as i walk around I wonder how many of these places survive at all.

I am curious what a commercial space goes for around this area. I can imagine there is a range from the glittering new office tower to the crusty dumpling house.

Anyone have any experience or rumours of numbers? I am not inclined to bother talking to people because I can't get a straight price on toothpaste let alone real estate.
