RandomGuest123 Posted November 1, 2005 at 03:03 AM Report Posted November 1, 2005 at 03:03 AM Hi All + Sundry, Am a relative newcomer planning a trip to HK to get a new L-Visa, in particular, a certain Trevelyan's comments interested me. What I would like anybody to clarify is: Is there a specific amount of time you must spend outside mainland before you can return with a new L-Visa (i.e. as per United States and other countries). Thank you for your assistance Quote
roddy Posted November 1, 2005 at 02:50 PM Report Posted November 1, 2005 at 02:50 PM Never heard of any restrictions, and I think i would have if there were any. You might get queried if you were doing it constantly, but I wouldn't imagine you'll have any problem's if it's infrequent. I've gone out and come back in again with a two-three day turn-around, but that was a different type of visa and a UK passport. Roddy Quote
