yusie Posted November 3, 2005 at 09:34 PM Report Posted November 3, 2005 at 09:34 PM Hi everyone, I was wondering if there are any China best-selling books lists around on the Internet? Googling gave some different lists from like 2004 in the major cities, but aren't there a more national one and recent one, like what's the best sold book in 2005 so far? Or even this month or so? zhwj Posted November 5, 2005 at 12:42 PM Report Posted November 5, 2005 at 12:42 PM Skylee's link is data for one bookstore in each city; The Beijing News compiles data from several Beijing stores as well as online vendors each Friday, so their data may smooth out outlying data. Their list for yesterday is here; search for 新京报图书排行榜 on their site to find links to previous weeks. I summarize these lists in English occasionally; here's a link. The online vendors themselves put up lists - Joyo has one, as does Dangdang - but I'd be wary of trusting them too much because of the potential for paid placement. Quote
