自我配套率: Any idea what this translates to in English? It's in the context of business statistics, so there's really nothing else to go on. The closest I can come is Full Kit Rate for 配套率, but that doesn't sound too good.

((This portion of document I'm translating is remarkably similar to this (look for the yellow highlighted keyword for context), so it's probably local government boilerplate, but I can't find an "official" English version of it.))

I have no idea about what any official translation might be, but I would translate it as self sufficiency ratio, perhaps local self-sufficiency in the context of that document you link to. Then again we usually associate self-sufficiency with food, so maybe something like '90% of components can be locally sourced . . .'?
