Audio Hi-Fi Manufacturers Contact

Hello everybody,

I'm from Bucharest, Romania.

I have my own private company importing audio hi-fi equipment for local audiophiles. Browsing on internet I have had the pleasure to discover the spectaculous chinese wave of original hi-fi manufacturers like: Opera Audio, Xindak, G&W, Bada, Shengya .......

Fot the most of manufacturers we could find their home web-pages and we have contacted them.

But 2 companies seems impossible to find: BADA and G&W, both as english web-pages and email contacts.

We have found only this web-pages

www.gwtsinghua.com

but they are only in chinese language, so we don't understand a word.

Can anybody help us to get in contact with BADA and G&W hi-fi audio manufacturers or export companies / agents. We really are interested to import some products to Romania.

BADA is in fo2 shan1 city, Guang3 Dong1 province, email:fsbada@pub.foshan.gd.cn, It has no overseas agent.

G&W is in Beijing, email:webmaster@GWtsinghua.com, It has an agent in Hong Kong: http://www.micaudio.com/ (this website has English)

I think you could have a try to contact them in English, nowadays many people in China can understand English, especially they are in big cities, like fo2 shan1 city and Beijing. Otherwise, if it fails, you could also put your English letter with detailed enquiries here to see if anyone could help you translate it into Chinese, and then email them again.

I have tried already the two mentioned emails:

- on fsbada@pub.foshan.gd.cn, nobody answers!? Of course our proposal was in english, but I think someone should understand! If you produce electronics and want to sell, you usually are prepared in every aspect. Maybe BADA is not interested but some polite answer must be in respect to a customer interest. I think I'll try also to send a fax letter, because I saw a fax number on that web-page.

- on webmaster@GWtsinghua.com, I get instant reply from my outlook that this address does not respond or does not exist!? No other address I could find, but I'll try on that company you recommend, thank you.

I know about Shanling for some time. They are two expensive for Romania which is still a poor country. That is why I am trying to find quality products for reasonable prices, which is very difficult!

I'll let you know what will happen!

I can only find telephone number on BADA's website:

I don't know where you found their fax number. Maybe they are just not very efficient during working, and I assume perhaps they will contact you back later.

Regarding G&W, I'm also in Beijing, tomorrow I will telephone them to get an available email address for you, and put it here, you can contact them again. I think their Hong Kong agent will be more expensive than themselves.

Yes I'm a little worried to deal with companies I don't know about. I don't know about the products if are genuine products, about warranty and of course the price.

I'm already in contact with MicAudio you have recommended. They told us they can export BADA and G&W. Honestly I don't like at all their web-page as first impression. I would like at least to know if they are official recognised distributors for the mentioned brands. Maybe I'll ask for some letters of authorization.

Today I telephone G&W, they say their email address was changed into this one: gw2006x@126.com, and the electric power in their location is off, so they can only receive email after 16:00 pm this afternoon or even later. I ask them whether they can understand English, they say their English is not very good, but MAYBE can try to understand.

They also say they have customers in U.K., but no customers in Romania. They usually send products to their overseas customers through China Post by sea-mail or airmail. Last time (Edit from Late time) their U.K. customer received the products a little more than one month after G&W sent the package by sea-mail.

I'm a Beijing native, when I help you, I feel happy. Do you also have this feeling when you help others? When I get help from others whom I do not know clearly, I feel kinda touching, so I'd like to help others too. And in Beijing, telephoning G&W for me is 举手之劳 / an very easy thing.

I can send private message, but I think it's not necessary, because:

1. what I said is not connected with G&W's and your commercial secret, it can be open here.

Yes I like to help other people don't matter if they are strangers. I don't know why, maybe because we are a few left (or I'm to dark in this period).

I did not ask about private message because I want to receive from you extra G&W help or confidential information, ...

I ask because some people feel like confidentialy, questions like: where are you from? why helping us? ... And they prefere to be asked and/or to respond on private messages.

I myself, I usually respond in public but of course there are questions that can't ...

Unfortunately no answer from G&W !

I don't know what to say anymore? Maybe they are not interested/prepaired for export activities. Maybe the Asian market is enough for them.

Also for us is an alarm signal that maybe we should look elsewhere for other manufacturers!

I telephoned G&W again to make sure whether they received your email or if they can understand your English letter, they said they got a letter from Romania. Their English is not very good, may need to ask somebody else to do the translation for them. They said they would give you a quotation this week.

From my FEELING during telephone conversation, G&W is safe enough

to do business with, but regarding their working efficiency, I have a

thought:

When I telephoned them the first time, I told them that the email address

on their website is wrong, but till now the wrong email is still there. We

can not allow an unavailable email on our website, if I were them, I

would have changed it right away.

I think there are quite a number of companies in China mainland having

less efficiency during work, even if their products have good quality with

cheaper price, it’s a pity for them to compete with some joint-ventures

who can provide better services.
