Software to Change Simplified to Traditional Characters?

Does anyone know of any good software to Change Simplified to Traditional Characters?

It is built into MacOS X 10.4. Just select the Simplified Chinese input method and choose Convert to Traditional Chinese Text.

I assume there is something for Windows too, but I'm afraid I don't know of it.

NJStar offers this feature too, I believe.

The problem with NJ Star is that it's not very reliable. Many chinese words are not converted when they should be. However, I found a nice online site to do the conversion:

DimSum, the Chinese text reading tool and dictionary, has a built-in Simp to Trad text converter. It will take context into account during conversions. See http://www.mandarintools.com/dimsum.html

I'm using a program called HanConv, not sure where I found that (I'd guess somebody recommended it on the forums).

Apart from simplified/traditional (which is pretty much all I use it for), it also supports Japanese and romanization (for Mandarin and Cantonese, apparently.)
