Learning Mandarin in London

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for some advice on the best route for learning Mandarin at beginners level in London. I am an experienced sales professional in the telecoms industry, looking to gain experience in China.

Does anybody have experience of the European Centre of Chinese Studies (ECCS). How do its courses rate against the SOAS?

I am very keen to develop networking opportunities with people conducting business with China. On this basis, I think a Language Centre would offer more opportunities than private 1:1 tuition.

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Joe

Are you looking to do a part time or full time course...??? The City lit in the middle of London does a good part time course and so does Uni of Westminster, who also does a good fulltime... Unfortunately I dont have exp with either of the two you mention...
