Spinach Posted November 25, 2005 at 07:20 AM Report Share Posted November 25, 2005 at 07:20 AM Hello, I use the Mozilla Firefox 1.0.7 for Windows browser, and every time I try to read any internet page with Chinese writing, unless the writing is an image, the script shows up as question marks! For example, a few sentences in Chinese shows up as this on my browser: 楊程鈞一家人 從小用心陪伴，楊鴻銘和太太林玉葉，親手把兒子楊程鈞送進哈佛，人生，了無遺憾 一個台商父親，為了培育下一代，舉家移民美國20年，他失去公司上市的機會，卻得到一個哈佛子弟，——這是 全世界5千萬個高中畢業生，競逐的1,650個機會。 Is there any program that I can download or someway I can fix my browser/computer so that I the Chinese characters will actually LOOK like charactes? Maybe the pages you're looking at aren't making it easy for your browser to work out the encoding. Click "view / character encoding / auto_detect / chinese" and if that doesn't work, pick some by hand from the "east asian" list. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
