randall_flagg Posted November 27, 2005 at 12:14 PM Report Posted November 27, 2005 at 12:14 PM Hi there! So I am reading this text and there is talk of a drug called 冰毒. What's that in English? I AM addicted to 冰淇淋, but that doesn't really count, does it? Haha, not funny, I know. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I did google this and looked at pictures of 冰毒 but I don't know what I am seeing. Thanks, Randall Quote

roddy Posted November 27, 2005 at 02:50 PM Report Posted November 27, 2005 at 02:50 PM As in 'ice' in English, I think. Quote
Tsunku Posted November 27, 2005 at 05:01 PM Report Posted November 27, 2005 at 05:01 PM Heh, yeah. Crystal Meth, or "Ice" in English drug-slang. Quote
randall_flagg Posted November 27, 2005 at 05:42 PM Author Report Posted November 27, 2005 at 05:42 PM Thanks. Guess I am not into drug slang, but the "ice" part makes sense. Quote
houzi Posted November 28, 2005 at 12:46 PM Report Posted November 28, 2005 at 12:46 PM when it comes to nicknames for illegal drugs i'm sure it depends the age and location.. being in early 20s from western U.S. i never heard it called ice.. the only casual use i ever heard was "speed" and "meth", i never heard ice used.
