Qingdao info

i ran a search and found nothing, so forgive me if there is already something on this. I am probably going to Qingdao this summer through school, for around 2 months. If anybody has ANY sort of info, pictures, etc. they would like to share, I would appreciate it.

I teach in the Shandog province and Quingdao is probably one of the loveliest places to live in...at least you'll get to go out and drink the finest chinese beer, and during August assist at the Quingdao Beer Festival.

Qingdao is famous for its beer, Tsingtao. For sale all over China, and even abroad. Shandong used to be a German colony, hence the good beer.

There's also a beach in Qingdao. From what I know of the city, it sounds like a good place to be.

sure have.... but google doesn't always give you the information you are looking for. i'm sure you could eliminate 90% of any forums posts through google if you really wanted to. i come here because i figure maybe someone who lives there or has gone there could tell me better information than some random website through google.
