"嘛"和"啦"的用法

請問 "嘛"和"啦"的用法. Do they mean the same? Thanks!!

According to 現代漢語辭典 ->

嘛 - 1. 表示道理顯而易見；2. 表示期望、勸阻；3. 用在句中停頓處，喚起聽話人對於下文的注意 [bTW, it is used in 喇嘛]

啦 - "了"和"啊"的合音，兼有"了"和"啊"的作用 [see also this]

But could you tell me please if the following pairs means the same or they have a slightly difference. Thanks.

1. 不行嘛! / 不行啦!

2. 不對嘛! / 不對啦!

3. 去嘛去嘛! / 去啦去啦

IMO，there’s not very large difference here, but the first saying is more 不耐烦 / impatient than the second one.

But I'm doubting if the tone of the first one 嘛 is more impatient than the latter one 啦! They seem to be the same tone to me.
