How many measure words are there for people?

So far, I've come across four that I can think of:

个 - most common

口 - when talking about members of your family

位 - when being polite

名 - when the noun is a type of occupation (is this right?)

Can anybody add to this list?

"号" is also used in informal cases, usually following approximate numbers

e.g. 一百来号人 四十号人

Lu, 一堆朋友 is right, and usually used in spoken language.
