Any help with the phrases below would be appreciated. For 2 and 3, the parts in question are in bold.

1) 实不忍相拒

The last one sounds like a name, but makes no sense in the context of the article.

Just a quick post of what I know to keep you going but I'm sure a native speaker will be of much more help:

3) 东岳宫 is a place name (the name of a 市场 ?)

2) I think you disected this phrase 女主人公意乱情迷 at a wrong place. It should be: 女主人公 = the leading lady; 意乱情迷 = be bewildered

1) 实不忍相拒: This could mean "really can't bear to separate (them)" but without context, I can't be sure.

Thanks. Those seem to make sense. The problem with 2) is that 意乱情迷 isn't in my dictionary.

OK, here's another one:

利娟明白自己的迷情给丈夫带来了伤害，但不理睬自己应该是丈夫常在外面带女人。

Firstly, what does 迷情 mean specifically?

Secondly, what is the meaning of the second half of the sentence? It doesn't make much sense to me.

迷情 = Improper love/ affection/ relationship (= a relationship that you'd come to regret later) ?
