I'm not sure if it's also served in southern China. 3 eggs, 2 cups of water 1.Beat the eggs in a heat proof bowl. Stir. 2. Add the water in. Sprinkle a little salt. Stir. 3. Place the bowl in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes by low heat, serve. Quote
