why so many different programs at Beida?

i've seen like a million different summer programs offered my american universities at Beida...how does this work? i'm guessing that they're all different programs with different instructors.

so if i go to beida this summer, will i also see a lot of people from all those other programs? or are they housed in separate classrooms and dormitories?
