student Posted February 19, 2006 at 04:23 PM Report Posted February 19, 2006 at 04:23 PM I'm looking for the same kind of thing... Quote
jungletech Posted February 21, 2006 at 03:35 AM Report Posted February 21, 2006 at 03:35 AM I would also be interested if something exists... of course there are a few groups listed on myspace for connecting with other chinese speakers. There are also of course people in china that are on myspace. Quote
roddy Posted February 21, 2006 at 03:55 AM Report Posted February 21, 2006 at 03:55 AM I"m not exactly sure what myspace does, so it's hard to recommend anything similar. What exactly are you looking for? Quote
roddy Posted May 8, 2007 at 05:52 AM Report Posted May 8, 2007 at 05:52 AM Myspace.cn, the Chinese version of Myspace, is now up and running if anyone wants to take a look. Quote
Pravit Posted May 8, 2007 at 06:14 AM Report Posted May 8, 2007 at 06:14 AM You could sign up for QQ and get about 5 jillion people messaging you if you write you're from a foreign country and speak English. QQ also has it's own Myspace type thing attached to it. I've also heard Cyworld is decently popular in China, though you might need a Chinese national ID number to sign up. I can't imagine it would be hard to make one up, though, I mean, even I have my own South Korean National ID number. Quote
projectgcm Posted May 10, 2007 at 04:36 AM Report Posted May 10, 2007 at 04:36 AM www.faceren.com seems pretty popular, which is like www.facebook.com Quote
xxj2422042 Posted July 9, 2007 at 01:06 AM Report Posted July 9, 2007 at 01:06 AM yes, there absolutely is one! that is xiaonei.com! i've heard of that it copys MYSPACE.COM.it's very popular among we college students and it seems only to open to the college students.because when you register it,it requires your school and dorm. but MYSPACE.CN and QQ(when you have one,you can have a space something like blog)maybe good choices Quote
