Cardstock, Art paper, other art supplies...

I'll be in Dalian, but any major city is fine as far as info goes, and was wondering what types of art supplies will be available. I'm specifically interested in cardstock style paper, heavyweight colored papers, watercolor papers, and adhesives like a tape runner.

What is the average price on a package of cardstock? Is it good quality? Good thickness?

What artsy stuff can you NOT get?
