My humble contribution is not "chengyu", but sayings. (Which, BTW, seem to me to be more lively and funny than chengyus.) And I've never seen these in writing, so don't bet on each character being perfectly right - I am not a native speaker, so if you know more accurate version, I will be glad to learn. Same applies to my English. 好酒不怕巷子深. A good product/virtuous person etc. will be recognised despite obstacles. 酒不满，心不诚. If the glass is not full, heart is not sincere. (My favourite - a perfect excuse to fill a glass even of a driver.) Quote
