HiHi, to "translate" a name to Chinese, we find words that are close to the pronunciation of the name. In other words, the sound is "adjusted" to Chinese. Although most of the time the name will be meaningless, it'll be a good thing if the resulting name has good meanings and connotations, so characters of good meaning are used. With this, any name can be transliterated to Chinese. Also note that since dialects have different sounds, the resulting name may differ.

My last name is: Nichols

My first name is: Elizabeth

Nichols: 尼歌斯 ni2 ge1 si1

Elizebeth: 伊丽莎白 yi1 li4 sha1 bai2

You could consider using these words -

倪 - Ni (short for Nichols)

伊麗 - Yili (short for Elizabeth)

懿麗 - Yili (short for Elizabeth)

倪懿麗 looks good ...
