yingguoguy Posted February 18, 2006 at 02:16 PM Report Posted February 18, 2006 at 02:16 PM All the pictographs in Chinese? Are you sure? What exactly do you want to do with it? The most complete source I know of it the Unihan Database which contains some 25,000 hanzi (traditional, simplified, historical variants, Japanese, Korean, probably Vietnamese). This has a ton of information about most characters, but is not in a particularly human readable form. I have a my own program to extract data from this file if there's something specific you need, but perhaps this is overkill? There are lots of sites with a subset of the characters (1000 most frequent, HSK exam word lists etc.) but what exactly are you looking for, just the characters? pinyin? English definitions? Quote
