I don't know if you have a computer or just internet cafes. If you have a computer, then Dimsum, Zdt, or Wenlin all can do what you want, without an internet connection. Quote

I very much like the dictionary search in TrainChinese, it gives humongous lists of compounds and more. The dictionary function is free and so far doesn't even require registration.
