I suppose it is from 鳳陽花鼓 (Fengyang Huagu). In Chinese it is something like this -

得兒啷噹飄一飄 得兒啷噹飄一飄

得兒飄 得兒飄 得兒飄得兒 飄飄一得兒 飄飄飄一飄
