I would like to buy a motorcycle with a sidecar. I know that motorcycles cannot be driven into the innermost parts of Beijing but can someone tell me where the boundaries are? Outside 3rd ring road? My desire is to be able to drive from BJ to Bei Dai He, etc for scenic, recreational purposes. Please feel free to share URL's about this whole topic. I have found sites that talk about people touring with these bikes but no sites detailing the purchasing and maintenance.
