However, it is quite difficult to find recipes here that haven't been modified (or ruined you might say) to meet American tastes. I would really like to make him something that he would enjoy and that is closer to an authentic Chinese soup. I know there are a lot of regional differences between recipes. Does anyone know of a web site that provides good recipes? My Mandarin is so so, so bilingual English/Chinese would be preferable. Duo Xie... Quote
