BFC_Peter Posted April 6, 2006 at 10:27 PM Report Posted April 6, 2006 at 10:27 PM In my Chinese class, we've been looking for fun ways to help with our learning and we tried to invent our own game but it only lasted for one week! This seems just the right level for my class and at that price well worth us trying. I will be in HK in 9 days time, is there an easy way for me to get these cards while I'm there rather than wait for them to be delivered to the UK? (and it'll also be cheaper of course!). Quote

RobAnt Posted April 15, 2006 at 12:48 AM Report Posted April 15, 2006 at 12:48 AM Chinese "SQUABBLE" ??? I think you might mean Scrabble ?? But I'm willing to have an argument with anyone over this. :lol There is sometimes a lot of squabbling down at my local takeaway - especially if someone gets an order wrong!!!! Quote
mrtoga Posted April 15, 2006 at 02:30 AM Report Posted April 15, 2006 at 02:30 AM Either word would get a nice amount of points in a game of Scrabble, but squabble would win, especially if you got the Q on a triple word score..... By the way, how do you say squabble, and scrabble, in Chinese? Quote
