I can't remember the name of the song or who sung it...I can't even remember all of the lyrics! But I remember it being a very beautiful song. It's about a boy from the city during the cultural revolution who had been sent to the country side for "reeducation" and had fallen in love with a girl there. Unfortunately, during this time the government didn't want the population of the cities to increase so if you married a peasant you stayed in the country. So the song is about the boy reminiscing about the girl after returning to the city.
