Enrolling in Universities Mid-Semester?

I was wondering if anyone has experience doing this? My life is intentionally hectic and I am having trouble committing to a University several months in advance. I have seen some previous posts alluding that this is possible, but often the student still pays the full tuition.

For anyone who is interested I am thinking of enrolling at Dawai or BNU, or sticking it out at Diquicun.
