Zhao Hanqing Posted May 15, 2006 at 11:10 PM Report Posted May 15, 2006 at 11:10 PM Li means pay attention to, or make a gesture or speak to. The sentence means there is nobody that will pay attention to him. The literal translation is, Is there anybody who will not igore him? Nobody will pay attention to him and everybody will ignore him. It may also paraphrased as, I will not condescend to speak to or pay attention to him. Quote
