sarahkuang Posted April 23, 2006 at 04:30 PM Report Posted April 23, 2006 at 04:30 PM I think these sound close to your name in Chinese. If you are a male, 乌拉德明 is one of names for you. If you are a female, 芙拉德美 is the one. Dose it matter to have a Chinese name sound close to your original one? I think a tradional Chinese name is better. Easy for Chinese to remeber you! Like 大山,he got a good one, lots of Chinese know him even a countryside old lady. Quote
Dang Dang Posted April 23, 2006 at 05:41 PM Report Posted April 23, 2006 at 05:41 PM 弗拉基米爾 pronounced "fú lā jī mǐ ěr" or "fu2 la1 ji1 mi3 er3" using Han-yu Pinyin and if you don't read pinyin you might pronounce it like "foo lah jee mee are" I hope this helps! Quote
