Ah! I see now - Wenlin 3.0 does have it. I normally use Wenlin 2.something, which doesn't have it. However, the definition there is "excrement (of a baby)" which isn't quite the same as " excrement". Then, you couldn't say, for example, "Dad made a poo-poo": 爸爸拉㞎㞎了。 Bāba lā bǎba le, which is really fun to say.
